Every engagement begins with a 45-minute chemistry call. No charge. We use it to understand what you are trying to achieve and whether our style is a good fit. Coaching only works when both sides are candid, so we would rather find out early if there is a mismatch.
Sessions happen via video call or in person at our Bergstromworth office. We keep notes in a shared, encrypted document so nothing gets lost between meetings. Between sessions you will have a short assignment: sometimes a conversation to hold, sometimes a decision to make differently, occasionally a piece of writing that forces you to articulate something you have been avoiding.
After the final session we schedule a 30-minute review eight weeks later. That gap is deliberate. It gives you time to test what you have learned without a coach watching over your shoulder. When we reconnect, we look at what stuck, what slipped, and whether there is a reason to continue.
